Are you into a one-pan meal that is easy to make and contains all of your favorite ingredients like cheese, pasta, and sausage? Well, honey, look no further because I have something delicious on the horizon for you! No only is this skillet easy to make and amazingly yummy it is low in fat and actually GOOD for you. Even though I adore cheese this recipe does not go overboard on the stringy stuff. It’s just enough cheddar to tickle your tastebuds without lapsing over into calorie abuse land. Perfect!
Whenever I try something new I have to taste test it first before giving it to my family. I have a whole host of picky eaters in my charge. Can any of my mom moms out there relate to me?
Anyway, my taste test was successful and I knew my kids and husband would love this awesome skillet meal. The sausage really upped the flavor ante with all of its smokey goodness. Yum!
