I am a total bread addict. I admit it. However, after eating just one slice my gut seems to expand to equator size. it’s ridiculous. Seriously. What’s up with that? Well, I’ve learned that my body just doesn’t enjoy carbs and gluten as much as my mouth does so I was ecstatic to have come across this fabulous recipe.
There is no gluten in this bread and it is very low in carbs. Amazing, isn’t it? Plus, it doesn’t taste like a piece of cardboard but rather light and airy bread. It sort of reminds me of what manna would taste like if I had ever eaten manna. Anyway, this cloud bread is super easy to make and very, very good. If you like pita bread you’ll love this recipe.
