Who Would Have Thought It Was This Easy To Make!

What do you do when you suddenly realize you’ve just agreed to hosting a huge group of women for a fundraising Bible study event at your church? Well, you go a little crazy at first but then you start organizing things like a mad woman. I’m sure, if any of these ladies had seen me at this point, they never would have chosen me for the job!

I thought I had everything covered already when it hit me; what was I going to serve with coffee? I was literally the only one available for the preparations, so I needed a dessert that was super easy to make for a crowd. I called my mother and all of my sisters until I suddenly remembered my aunt serving this incredible tiramisu for last Thanksgiving.

She gave me the recipe and an hour later I was standing in my kitchen, ready to make a test batch. You think I’d serve a dessert I hadn’t tried making myself yet? Not a chance! Fortunately it turned out amazing, and it was extremely easy to double (actually, triple) the ingredients for my event.

I’m not much of a Starbuck’s lover, but every now and then they have a great drink that I can’t pass up.  Their latest S’mores Frappuccino is the one at the moment.  How can a s’mores lover like me pass up a cup full of all that goodness?  The layers of marshmallow fluff, chocolate syrup, graham crackers and whipped cream just make everything oh. soo. goood.

You know what’s the worst part about Starbucks though?  No, it isn’t the calories.  It’s the price!  How do people pay that much for coffee without going broke?  I don’t know.  But I know I can’t do it.  So instead, I have come up with my own version of my favorite drink.  On the next page you’ll find my easy recipe to throw this together in no time!

Quick Tip: If you don’t have marshmallow fluff available, melt 8 large marshmallows with 1 tbsp of butter in a saucepan.
