Have you ever thought; “I wish there was a dessert I could throw together in two minutes!” I know I have – that’s why I was so excited when I came across this recipe. I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of something so simple and delicious before! It makes complete sense now that I’ve tried it – duh! Of course it does! That lovely color in the picture comes from the cherry pie filling, but if you’re not a fan of cherry – no problem! You can simply choose your favorite pie filling for this one, or even use homemade, if you want to make things from scratch.

For me, this recipe is perfect because it’s quick and easy, and most of the time I have all the ingredients at hand. I’ve made this several times when I’ve received that surprise phone call; “We’re in town and we’ll be at your house in an hour!”
