7 easy recipes spaghetti meatloaf

Want your family to clean their plates during dinner? Make spaghetti meatloaf!

I made quite a large meatloaf the other day. Instead of using 2 pounds of burger as I normally do, I used 4. Why I did this I do not know. Maybe it is how my family wolves down my meatloaf like nobody’s business and they are always upset that there aren’t enough leftovers. Who knows! Anyway, I decided to make a double batch and was left with almost an entire meatloaf. So, that’s when I decided to get creative and make spaghetti meatloaf. I found this amazing recipe over on the Melady Cooks food blog. It’s super simple to make and it tastes great!

Much to my surprise, the spaghetti meatloaf turned out really good. Both my husband and kids enjoyed it and asked me to make it again sometime soon.

Wouldn’t it be grand to get the details on how to make this lovely recipe? Welp, hop on over to the next page for a list of ingredients and instructions. Yum!

WOW! These Recipes Are So Easy To Make!

When it comes to eating healthy, to me the issue has always been the lack of time. For some reason I thought it would be impossible to cook easy meals that were lean and tasted delicious. It turns out I’ve been wrong all this time – there are plenty of recipes that are healthy and could be called “fast food” because they are a cinch to prepare!

Whether you’re looking for a side dish, dinner or lunch, you’ll find a great option on this list I prepared for you. These easy meals are all tried and true, and my whole family loves each and every one of these.

These are great for anyone who is trying to watch her figure (or his!) but I guarantee you’re going to want to eat these even if you’re not on a diet. That soup alone is something I could eat for two weeks in a row – so delicious! All of these recipes are also easy to tweak; if you don’t happen to like one of the ingredients, simply use another one in it’s place and you will still get a wonderful meal.

I am making #3 for dinner today and I can’t wait to take it out of the oven… My whole house smells amazing right now!

Here’s Your Ticket To Easier Mornings!

If you’re anything like me, every morning is a bit of a struggle. It’s not exactly easy to get up at 5am every day, and on top trying to get yourself ready for work you need to make sure your kids don’t leave the house hungry. I will be the first one to admit I’ve literally thrown apples at them while rushing them out the door. There’s nothing wrong with a fresh apple, but it’s not a very wholesome morning meal, is it?

A few weeks ago I decided I don’t want to stress over breakfast anymore, so I spent a few hours putting together a meal plan. I collected a bunch of easy breakfast ideas and I actually made a monthly plan, listing out every ingredient I would need for each recipe and how much time I would need to make them.

It took me a couple of hours to do that but it has had a huge impact on my family’s morning routines! Things are not as chaotic anymore, and no-one has to leave the house with an empty belly. These are my favorite 7 easy breakfast ideas – I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

7 classic dessert recipes chocolate cheesecake bites

I have fallen in love with chocolate dipped cheesecake bites. Nobody tell my husband.

So, it was a blizzard outside and my entire family was stuck in the house. No school and no work. We tend to get a bit of cabin fever under these circumstances. So, what did we do? We made chocolate dipped cheesecake bites of course! My youngest son insisted that we all dress up as chef’s while we made the treats. My husband wasn’t playing along with these shenanigans but the rest of us did. I even drew a tiny mustache on my upper lip. I looked like a French baker.

Our chocolate dipped cheesecake bites turned out great! Actually, they are probably the best dessert I’ve ever gotten from Melady Cooks.

Fruit salad just got a makeover with this creamy and dreamy recipe!

For as long as I can remember my mother and grandmother always made some sort of a fruit salad for family gatherings. Now, these fruit salads weren’t just any old combination of fruit from a can. My mom would typically hollow out a watermelon shell and place her fruit salad inside of it. She’d make the rind look like a basket! Mom was always so creative. I know she would adore this recipe for creamy orange fruit salad.

I love the fact that this creamy orange fruit salad incorporates Greek yogurt into the mix. So yummy!

three bean salad

Three bean salad is a staple dish served at every church potluck I’ve ever attended.

When I was growing up I can remember my church having potluck suppers quite often. You can bet your bottom dollar that there would be at least two bowls of three bean salad on the table. One of them was typically made by my grandmother. I’d always choose grandma’s over the others. Anyway, I found a delicious recipe for three bean salad on the Melady Cooks food blog and it reminds me so much of my grandma’s!

The longer you let this salad marinate the more pickled the beans become and I LOVE that!
