For Grandma’s Cowboys And Cowgirls
There are so many ways to make chocolate chip cookies, don’t you agree? I think we all have that special family recipe that we cherish so much.
I know I do – but sometimes I feel like trying a new recipe, just for fun. They don’t always turn out as good as I had hoped, but this time I found a gem! These little cowboy cookies are so incredibly crunchy and yummy, you’ll just keep going for one more. Which is why I highly recommend making a double batch!
The recipe is very simple, old-fashioned even, but that’s how the best recipes always are. The only adjustment I made was that I used both dark and white chocolate chips, just because I happened to have white ones at hand. They turned out so amazing that my husband ate seven of them before they were even completely cooled! So I’m really not kidding about the double batch!

Quick Tip: Crumble these on top of a big scoop of vanilla ice cream – heaven!
