This is the easiest dessert recipe that still knocks your socks off when you bite into it. I have to admit I have a weakness for puff pastry dough and this dessert fulfills that need. But I was pleasantly surprised because of how simplistic this recipe was, and how unique it came out. It is probably because I am not used to baking with nectarines. On top of that not many desserts use honey as the primary sweetener, so these tarts really have an old world flavor. I picture sixteenth century aristocrats munching on them.

Old world or not, these will make a perfect dessert, and they taste heavenly with a cup of strong coffee! I personally prefer to eat these tarts with a mug of steaming hot tea spiked with a bit of local honey. My favorite tea at the moment is Tazo Passion flowers. However, my tastes are frequently changing. What is your favorite tea to drink with a dessert such as a tart?

Well I know about the southern drawl but this cobbler has me doing the southern drool! If you just quickly take a look at that photo, I’m sure you understand. Now, I love me some pie crust in my peach cobbler but this shortbread cobbler recipe is a nice change of pace and it works really well together. What I like most about this recipe is the presentation. What I mean is that a normal cobbler looks like, well, a cobbler. But this dessert presents itself very nicely and you will be the star of your next potluck or tailgate.

Breakfast is my family’s favorite meal of the day. I love to send my husband and kids out into the world knowing that their tummies are full of homecooked goodness. You’re Only 4 Ingredients Away From This Mouth-Watering Meal

Yum, yum, yum! I get all excited whenever I find a new chicken recipe I haven’t tried before.

If it happens to involve a crock pot AND stuffing, I am just over the moon! I don’t always have a lot of extra time to prepare dinner, but I don’t like to opt for takeout every other day, either. That’s why I love my slow cooker so much! It has saved the day on so many occasions that I’ve lost count a long time ago already.

I am a big Thanksgiving person and stuffing is one of my favorite parts, so an easy and tasty slow cooker chicken and stuffing recipe is right up my alley. Plus because of the chicken soup and sour cream in this recipe the stuffing comes out with a very rich flavor that I rather enjoy.

I love these slow cooker recipes! Just dump it all in set it and forget it. This really is one of those recipes and with only 4 ingredients you know you’re not going to have to spend your whole evening in the kitchen!

How can something that is so easy to prep and cook be so tastee and delicious? These scallops are divine! They just melt in your mouth. I had never tried the bacon and garlic combination before.

I have tried bacon wrapped but the addition of the garlic is genius and really plays well with the mildness and sweetness of the scallop.

This really easy tiramisu cheesecake dessert recipe combines my two favorite desserts into an easy to make substitute that may surpass the originals in some ways. No spring form pans, no wondering if your cake is going to crash as it cools. This really tasty dessert is great for a tailgate or any family holiday or get together. I mean, really, who doesn’t like cheesecake? I can see why the Golden Girls always turned to the soft and sweet dessert when they needed to have one of their late night chats around the kitchen table.

Cheesecake is probably one of my most favorite desserts to eat, especially this heavenly tiramisu kind. It’s rich, creamy, flavorful, and totally addicting. And guess what else it is?! Easy to make! Well we know we cannot go wrong with bacon, cheese and chili peppers, so here is a fresh take on a popper. This is a very simple and easy recipe but don’t let that fool you!

Something about the use of a pepper other than a jalapeno and the way these are constructed make them a more attractive appetizer in my opinion. Or maybe it’s just that they taste so oh-my-goodness-delicious! Beware – if you’re making these for a family gathering, you should probably make two or three batches. They will still be gone in the blink of an eye!

My picky eater does not enjoy spicy foods or any kind of peppers at all. That’s why my jaw dropped when he wanted to have a taste – and he actually ate three of these in one go! If you knew this little guy, that would be your proof that these poppers are totally scrumptious! But since you don’t, you’re just going to have to take my word for it – until you give these a try yourself!
