Oh cookies. How I love cookies. Whether they are fruit cookies, chocolate cookies, sugar cookies, oat cookies…you name it, I like that cookie! I have never found a cookie I do not like, which is pretty amazing if you ask me. I mean, I am pretty picky, but then again, all cookies have the same basic sugary ingredients, so I am sure to love them. If you want to get me a birthday present, feel free to send some cookies my way. Haha Just kidding…well, not really. I know my husband and family will definitely be getting me some cookies, that’s for sure!
Anyway, when I came across snowball cookies, I was not sure they would be my cup of tea. I thought they would be too bulky and powdery. I thought they would fall apart when I bit into them, which totally defeats the purpose of eating a cookie, by the way. If I wanted something that fell apart, I would eat a brownie or something like that. Anyway, I decided to take my friend’s suggestion and get this cookie recipe in my belly. I bought the ingredients and got cooking and guess what I discovered? An awesome, chocolatey and sugary cookie that totally delights me.
