Eating tomato soup always brings back childhood memories for me. The taste, the smell, the grilled cheese sandwiches that often accompanied it. So yummy and comforting! Well, folks, this version of tomato soup just grew up. It contains cooking sherry and it’s darn good! Don’t worry, the kiddos can enjoy this soup, too as all the alcohol burns off during cooking. That flavor, though. Wow. So insanely good! You’d have to have completely dead taste buds to not like this soup.

However, if you did happen to have dead taste buds I am certain that this sherry tomato soup would wake those little suckers right up. Now, who is ready to get cooking up a pot of this soup? I know that I am!

This super easy casserole is so full of flavor, you won’t know what hit you!

Have you ever wanted a home cooked, country-style meal but you didn’t want to put in all of the work that it takes to prepare one? I hear ya! I love stuffing, chicken, potatoes, and gravy. Yum! What I don’t love is standing in the kitchen for four hours preparing everything, eating for 20 minutes, and then spending another hour in the kitchen cleaning everything up. Well, guess what? I found a solution to this problem and the results are delicious. Country chicken and dressing casserole is one of the best meals I’ve put on my table to date in terms of flavor and ease.

This stuff ranks up there will all the other comfort foods we’ve come to know and love like macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, and beef roasts. It combines everything you’d expect to eat for Sunday dinner in one convenient casserole. What could be easier or tastier?

I think making a bowl of cereal may be an easier option but it sure as hang won’t be tastier! This casserole has everything your little heart could ever desire in it. It’s honestly like a holiday meal all in one pan. You need to give this stuff a try. Trust me, you won’t be sorry that you did!

When it’s dinner time, my family is always “starving.” After a long day at work and school, my husband and kids look forward to sitting down at the dinner table and scarfing on whatever it is I have prepared for them. That’s why I always make sure my meals are wholesome, hearty, and ready to nourish their hungry bellies. I have made this hamburger potato casserole a time or two and each time my family goes nuts over it. It’s very filling and tastes great!

Pork chops usually don’t show up in a casserole. But this one has them and will quickly become a favorite with the family. It’s easy to put together and tastes delicious. I am all for unusual foods and trying new things. My, kids? Not so much. However, they really enjoyed this pork chop casserole and have asked for me to make it again, several times. My husband gives it two thumbs up, too. So, i guess you could say that pork chop casserole is a real winner in my house. Yay!

This would be the perfect casserole to serve on a cold winter night. But you don’t have to wait for winter. This will also work any other time of the year. And because it uses canned soup, it whips up fast and easy. A big draw of this dish is that it has a crunchy topping which adds additional flavor.

This Chicken Recipe Should Win An Award!

Okay, so I am a little confused. The name of this dish is “forgotten chicken,” right? My issue is, how in the world could anyone ever forget this chicken!? It is so sumptuous! I prepared this meal the other day and I swear, I can still smell the aroma of it cooking in my nostrils. It is seriously some great food. The meat is cooked to perfection and slightly browned on top for a crisp finish. Mmmm, now doesn’t that sound delish? My entire family enjoying this Forgotten chicken meal and I’m pretty sure they haven’t forgotten it yet either.

I am not sure who came up with the name for this chicken dish or why, but you know what? They were wrong! There is no way that anyone could ever forget about this glorious chicken. It is just too dang good. I will definitely be making this again!

Oh, and before I forget, this meal is the perfect dish to pass at a potluck supper. Everyone loves it and the food is super filling and good. Try it the next time you need to cook for a crowd.
