When I was a little girl I can remember going to my grandma’s house and seeing that she always had a box of butter pecan ice cream sitting in her freezer. I enjoyed this variety of ice cream with her and grandpa, a lot. Most kids would prefer chocolate or vanilla, but not me, i was all about the butter pecan.
As I got older, my love for butter pecan festered and sprung into a full-blown addiction for all things BP. I came across this lovely butter pecan cake recipe and my heart skipped a few beats. It looked delicious and surprisingly, wasn’t to difficult to make. You are really going to like this.
