My husband loves burgers so much that he just gets so excited when I am cooking this Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole! You know how the saying goes; the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Well, this recipe literally does that. So if you are in love, this meal is one of the best ways to let him know that! Besides, this is a casserole that will do well with the whole family. I’ve never seen a kid say no to a cheeseburger, so there’s that!

What is even better is that you can store the leftovers (should you have any) so that you can heat it for a quick lunch the next day. It is just so perfect when you’re too busy or when you are hungry in the middle of the night – not that I have ever had a secret midnight snack…
