This apple blueberry cobbler with a decadent almond topping is a recipe for the books! Not only is this dessert super sweet, rich, and buttery, but it contains a very special ingredient. Are you ready for this? Ok, here it goes, biscuits! Yes, you read that right, this amazing dessert is loaded with soft and puffy biscuits.
Now, I’m a bit of an old-fashioned kinda gal, so I topped the biscuits with oatmeal. I just can’t eat my cobbler without an oatmeal crust, but you don’t have to do this if you don’t want too. In fact, many have raved about how great this recipe is with just the biscuit and almond topping. Pick your poison; it’s your cobbler creation!

Quick Tip: Brush the tops of the biscuits with a hefty swipe of butter for a toasty browned crust.
