Hello, everybody! I hope everyone’s day is going good so far. Mine is going great! Partially because I came across this awesomely simple broccoli and cauliflower bake. You guys and gals are gonna love this one! This particular version of this classic recipe is light on the carbs, which I like. I don’t always want all of those empty calories invading my system. You do sprinkle breadcrumbs on the top of this bake, but not enough to make your carb count go off the Richter scale. However, if you’re worried about it, just leave the breadcrumbs out. No harm done 🙂
I think this brocolli and cauliflower bake makes the perfect side dish to almost any meal. I served mine when we had a ham roast. It was really tasty and the entire family seemed to enjoy it. I even had some leftover to share with my wonderful neighbor, Sally.
