If your household is anything like mine, you probably have a boatload of Sloppy Joe lovers on your hands. I, for one, happen to love gnawing on a good old fashioned Sloppy Joe sandwich, but I hate the mess that they make. Have you ever feed a Sloppy Joe to a 3-year old? It’s a tragic occasion on the mess factor.
When I can across Sloppy Joe Casserole, my heart skipped a beat, and I did a few backflips through my dining room. Ok, that last part isn’t true, but I did do a little dance! This casserole is uh-mazing, folks. It tastes just like traditional Sloppy Joe sandwiches but doesn’t leave you with messy clumps of tomato sauced meat lying on your kitchen floor. It’s also very easy to make and only consists of 4 ingredients!

Quick Tip: If you pack school lunches (or work lunches) this casserole is a great way to satisfy the lunch hunger monster. Plop a leftover square into a microwave-safe container and send it on its way.
