Take The Easy Road And End Up With A Hearty Meal For The Whole Family!
Lately I had gotten a little tired of cooking chicken dinners. I love chicken but I felt like I was always making the same dishes; serving the same flavors over and over again. Everybody needs a little change sometimes, and I guess I came across this recipe over at Beyond My Thoughts, at the exact right time!
To me, chicken dinners are all about “easy”. They’re usually simple to make, perfect for weeknight meals and most of the time they’re not as heavy as meals with red meat are. Also, I have a picky eater in the house and I’ve been having a hard time finding recipes he likes. But he enjoys chicken, so I’m always trying to find new recipes I could make for him. And for the rest of the family, too, of course!
What I loved about this dish was that even though the ingredients are pretty much everyday stuff, in the end I got a completely new dish that didn’t taste like any other chicken casserole I had made before.
