If you’re looking for a great addition to your soup recipe collection, I highly recommend giving this Italian sausage soup, from The Mountain Kitchen, a try as soon as you can! I know I’m going to hold on to this recipe forever – when I find a soup that my picky eater devours, it is definitely a keeper!
I love preparing soups in the fall and winter – there’s something very comforting about them. However, this is a soup that I don’t mind making and eating all year long. It is super easy to make (you won’t even believe it) and leaves room for all kinds of variations.
Just by using different kinds of sausage you can get fresh, new flavors each time you make this. And trust me, you’re going to be making this often! I can’t even tell you how many times this recipe has saved my life already. My only regret is that I didn’t find it sooner!
