Trust Me When I Tell You, This Is Nacho Ordinary Appetizer!
Some of you may think I’m exaggerating when I’m talking about holy trinity and nachos in the same sentence. But I honestly think that you can never go wrong when your recipe includes these three sacred ingredients; bacon, barbecue sauce and cheddar. Seriously – doesn’t that immediately make you think of game nights, spending time with friends and family, having a cold one and enjoying super tasty appetizers?
Although I have to say I’ve made these incredible BBQ nachos for dinner, too! My kids love’m so much that they vanish within minutes of taking them out of the oven. I’m not surprised! Amazingly crunchy, with all that wonderful cheese and – of couse, bacon!
I am dying to make these again this weekend and add some diced jalapenos. If you’re making these for a larger group, you could add jalapenos to the other half of the batch and leave the other half without, so that people can choose for themselves.
