My one favorite food is bread. Ah, it is just so delicious. Whether it be on a plate with a hearty meal, or the outside of a delicious sandwich, it is so good. I have been known to have over 5 different kinds of bread in my home (a home of 2 people, mind you, with only one who actually enjoys bread), but I cannot help it. Bread is a wonderful side dish to any meal, as well as a main dish. There is just no way to go wrong if you serve bread at a meal. Bread is just too delicious to pass up when freshly baked.
And that brings me to this point: there is NOTHING better than a freshly bread. Whether it is rolls, buns, loaves or slices, anything freshly baked is better. But I know what you are thinking: bread is difficult and time consuming to make. It just has so many steps in it. But do not get in over your head. This recipe is by far easier than any other I have tried. It is full of flavor and the base is potato which makes it AMAZING! Just give it a try and you will see what I mean and be just addicted to it as I am.
