When everyone arrived, I popped it in the oven for a few minutes and in no time, I had a delicious warm, sweet and salty dip that everyone loved. This is how I always make this sweet Vidalia onion dip. I am not even a fan of onions, but I love this dip because of its sweet and salty nature. It is tasty, full of flavor, and has great texture. It is also delicious with any side from veggies to bread. Get creative with this and you might find you really enjoy it, too!
Check out what our friends over at Everyday Dishes had to say about this:
“This is not your mama’s onion dip! Skip the powdered mix and tub of sour cream and create a homemade onion dip for your next party or gathering instead. It’s just 15 minutes of active prep time; the oven does the rest!”
Absolutely true! This is worth making from scratch because it is so easy AND delicious!
