Colorful food just makes your children’s day brighter – to be honest with you, it makes my day a lot better, too! I like making these Rainbow Bright Cupcakes for children’s birthday parties or other special occasions. I especially love baking these together with my nieces and nephews! They’re all so excited to help out in the kitchen, and they go crazy over the colorful result!

I usually also prepare some of these for Christmas, as gifts for friends and family members. I like to be creative when it comes to wrapping them, as well. I put it in a colorful cupcake box with some nice tags and ribbons. My nieces and nephews just love to write a special message to each one of these boxes. I am happy whenever we do this because we get to spend some fun time together!

Argo cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, barilla pasta, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Borden, Borden milk, brown sugar, Campbell's cream of chicken soup, Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, Campbell’s soups, casserole, Chiquita, Clabber Girl, College Inn, Cool Whip, crock pot, Daisy sour cream, dessert, Dole, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal flour, granulated sugar, Green Giant, Hershey, Hodgkin’s Mill, Jell-O, Jif peanut butter, Johnsonville, keebler, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, Libby, Libby’s frozen corn, Libby’s frozen peas and carrots, McCormick garlic powder, McCormick Italian seasoning, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Pam Cooking Spray, Pepperidge Farm, Philadelphia cream cheese, Powdered sugar, recipe, Ritz crackers, Sara Lee, Sargento, shredded chicken, slow cooker, Thorn Apple Valley, Toll House, TruMoo milk, tyson, vanilla, vanilla extract, Vlasic, Wesson vegetable oil, whipped topping

My son is very picky when it comes to food. Sometimes it drives me crazy to try and figure out what to cook, besides the hotdogs that he would eat. He likes instant noodles a lot and that is why I have been looking for something with noodles, to satisfy his “delicate” appetite. A nice, hearty casserole sounded like a very good idea, now that we’re into the colder months of the year.

I found this Chicken Noodle Casserole recipe and it is such a lifesaver! My son actually loves eating it and it’s one of his favorite dishes now. I am just so happy that he is eating something that’s good for him, and something that he actually loves. The Rotisserie Chicken, as recommended by Holly, really works wonders with this recipe. You can also use leftovers from a previous meal since the recipe needs pre-cooked chicken. You probably won’t believe it but you only need five minutes to prepare this dish!

Argo cornstarch, Avocado, baking powder, baking soda, barilla pasta, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Blueberry, blueberry olive oil cake, Bob's Red Mill, Borden, brown sugar, cake, Campbell’s soups, casserole, Chiquita, Clabber Girl, College Inn, Cool Whip, crock pot, Daisy sour cream, dessert, Dole, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal all-purpose flour, Gold Medal flour, granulated sugar, Green Giant, Hershey, Hodgkin’s Mill, Jell-O, Jif peanut butter, Johnsonville, keebler, kosher salt, Kraft, Kraft Original Ricotta Cheese, land o lakes butter, Libby, McCormick spices, McCormick vanilla extract, Morton salt, olive oil cake, Pam Cooking Spray, Pepperidge Farm, Philadelphia cream cheese, Powdered sugar, recipe, Ritz crackers, Sara Lee, Sargento, slow cooker, Thorn Apple Valley, Toll House, Toll House dark chocolate bar, TruMoo milk, tyson, vanilla, vanilla extract, Vlasic, Wesson vegetable oil, whipped topping

I love this Blueberry Glaze Olive Oil Cake! It’s not like any other cake I’ve made before. That blueberry glaze topping just looks so incredibly beautiful that you almost don’t want to ruin it by cutting yourself a slice… I love any kind of cheese but this cake is paired with ricotta, which makes it so creamy and tasty. The dark chocolate evens out the taste and the avocado makes the color so amazing!

This recipe just makes the world seem so perfect. Now, I don’t want to ruin the beautiful image but the cake was gone in a matter of minutes! I served it at a family gathering and it sure didn’t last long. I was planning on taking the leftovers with me but, there were none! One of my family members did manage to grab a slice to take home – I wish I had been as clever!

Argo cornstarch, bacon, bacon cheeseburger casserole, baking powder, baking soda, barilla pasta, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Borden, brown sugar, Cambell's condensed cheddar cheese soup, Campbell’s soups, casserole, cheese, cheeseburger, Chiquita, Clabber Girl, College Inn, Cool Whip, crock pot, Daisy sour cream, dessert, Dole, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, frozen tater tots, Gold Medal flour, granulated sugar, Green Giant, ground beef, Hershey, Hodgkin’s Mill, Jell-O, Jif peanut butter, Johnsonville, keebler, kosher salt, Kraft, Kraft Cheddar cheese, land o lakes butter, Libby, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Pam Cooking Spray, Pepperidge Farm, Philadelphia cream cheese, Powdered sugar, recipe, Ritz crackers, Sara Lee, Sargento, slow cooker, Thorn Apple Valley, Toll House, TruMoo milk, tyson, Tyson real bacon bits, vanilla, vanilla extract, Vlasic, Wesson vegetable oil, whipped topping

My husband loves burgers so much that he just gets so excited when I am cooking this Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole! You know how the saying goes; the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Well, this recipe literally does that. So if you are in love, this meal is one of the best ways to let him know that! Besides, this is a casserole that will do well with the whole family. I’ve never seen a kid say no to a cheeseburger, so there’s that!

What is even better is that you can store the leftovers (should you have any) so that you can heat it for a quick lunch the next day. It is just so perfect when you’re too busy or when you are hungry in the middle of the night – not that I have ever had a secret midnight snack…

amaretto, Argo cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, barilla pasta, Bertolli extra-virgin olive oil, black pepper, Bob's Red Mill, Borden, brown sugar, Campbell’s soups, casserole, Chiquita, Clabber Girl, cocoa, coffee, College Inn, Cool Whip, crock pot, Daisy sour cream, dessert, Dole, domino sugar, eat, Eggland's Best eggs, food, Gold Medal flour, granulated sugar, Green Giant, Hershey, Hodgkin’s Mill, Jell-O, Jif peanut butter, Johnsonville, keebler, kosher salt, Kraft, land o lakes butter, Libby, Mascarpone cheese, McCormick spices, Morton salt, Pam Cooking Spray, Pepperidge Farm, Philadelphia cream cheese, Powdered sugar, recipe, Ritz crackers, Sara Lee, Sargento, slow cooker, Thorn Apple Valley, tiramisu, Toll House, TruMoo milk, tyson, vanilla, vanilla extract, Vlasic, Wesson vegetable oil, whipped topping, whipping cream

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved Tiramisu. It was strange, because I detested coffee, yet I could “drink” the coffee in this dessert with no problem. It was rich, sweet and airy at the same time. It had the richness of the coffee and raw cocoa powder, the sweetness of the lady finger cookies and it was airy with the sweet cream in the middle. It seemed, to me, like the perfect dessert.

Fast forward a few years and I met my husband. Turns out he loves Tiramisu as well. It is a wonder because no one in my family likes it so I could never order it at a restaurant. But now? My husband and I are able to try it at every and any restaurant we visit and we absolutely love doing it! We have tried it in so many different places and have also narrowed down our favorites. So now, we decided we wanted to make it at home whenever we wanted. We have found the perfect recipe for this dessert and we think you are going to love it as well! Give it a try and let us know what you think. It is almost better than a restaurant style Tiramisu!

Quick Tip: Use any strength of coffee for this, but best results come with strong espresso.

About a year ago, my husband and I got the travel bug and wanted to go somewhere. We were not sure what would the best place to go and did not want to spend much money either. We wanted a place where the hotel would be reasonably priced and then we did not have to spend much on things we wanted to do things the place. We wanted a place with good food and that was different. We did not want to go to a place that we already had been to.

So, I did my research and looked for top places to visit in Florida. One of the first that popped up was Mt. Dora, Florida. It seemed like such a cute little town, and we had never even heard of it. So we quickly booked a room in a B&B and headed over. When we arrived, we found a gorgeous small town with lots of little shops and mom and pop restaurants. The owner of the bed and breakfast gave us a suggestion and we went with it. That is when we found Shrimp and Grits on the menu and knew we had to give it a try.
