I love Italian dishes because they are crowd-pleasers. So to find one for chicken Parmesan that saves time is like a dream come true. This is one of my go to dishes but when you have to flour, egg, and bread then fry the chicken it does tend to take some time. At times I would find myself in a lazy mood and just not wanting to make the mess. I think many people feel that way – and often! That’s why whenever we can take shortcuts we absolutely should. There’s no shame in saving time and hassle.
This recipe takes out the frying step but doesn’t lose any of those elements that everyone loves. You still have that crunchy texture in the form of croutons and of course the sauce and cheese. Whip up some breadsticks and a side salad and it’s like the Olive Garden in your kitchen! Yum!

Quick Tip: You can add whatever cheeses you like, many enjoy Provolone as well on their casserole.
