Ever make something at home and think of all the time you wasted because it’s truly better than anything you’ve gotten in a restaurant? That soup is just that, it’s full of flavor, hearty and unstoppable in the realm of deliciousness. I had bowl after bowl until I was stuffed, and rarely does that happen with soup. Best of all, everyone in the family loved it. They put extra crispy tortilla chips on top and a spoonful of sour cream. As the cream melts in it gives it a whole new flavor. This is the perfect soup to add to your list.
My favorite part is that you set it and forget it. Throw all your ingredients in and go about your day. It’s great because I am nonstop from the time I wake up until bedtime, but I always have time for this. You can tweak it however you like but the ingredients listed are perfection.
