These bite-sized treats are sure to be loved at any celebration!  If you have been a bit overloaded with preparing food for festive occasions and need a fresh idea for a good dessert item, these Champagne Cupcakes with Meringue Buttercream Frosting are a good option.  The guests will love the presentation and the little surprise in the middle!

Believe me, I know how it is when you’re going through the last of a few big events in a row and just need that ONE MORE THING that will complete the spread and keep all of the guests happy without being too boring or too out of place.  These cupcakes really are great for any special event, big or small, and they’re just out of the ordinary enough to feel and taste special while still giving you some classically delicious dessert flavors.

I love it when I can find a new dish that is easy to make and doesn’t leave me with a huge mess in the kitchen. I always love sharing those recipes, and here is another lovely one-pot meal for you, made easy: Baked Garlic-Lemon Chicken.

This recipe calls for potatoes and green beans to be cooked together with the chicken, so there is no need to worry about cooking sides separately while the chicken is baking. It’s simple but tasty!

Though I love plenty of complex spice and flavor combinations, it is hard to go wrong with a basic lemon and garlic mixture if you want a refreshing, savory, meat dish. Such a combination can work well on potatoes and certain green vegetables, as well; this recipe combines all of the above into one pot. I thought that this made for a nice, tasty but simple dinner.

I’m not that great with breakfast. I mean, I do love to eat a healthy, delicious breakfast but I often find myself too busy (or just too lazy) to start cooking in the morning.

With this Crock-Pot Breakfast Casserole, it will be easier than ever to slap together a healthy and very tasty breakfast for your family. And this is the sort of breakfast that you could easily have for lunch or dinner, too.

When I do put together something for breakfast, I prefer not to have to have too many eyes going on the stove at the same time or things that I have to make in quick succession if I can help it. Something like this is just right for me. Just put everything in there and let the Crock-Pot do its thing. (Sure, there is a touch of layering involved, but it’s nothing too elaborate or complicated.)
