Now THAT’S a Nice Secret Ingredient!
Sometimes your dinner party just calls for a nice, citrus-flavored dessert, and you won’t find one tastier or more creative than this. I present to you the Citrus Cake With Tequila Lime Frosting. Mmm-mmm-delicious, and it takes just 40 minutes of prep and 35 minutes of baking time. Surprise your guests with a slice of this cake and you will definitely be voted The Hostess Of The Year! Maybe even the whole decade! I do love a nice, cold margarita, once or twice a year, and I do enjoy a nice citrus-flavored dessert, too.
It had not occurred to me to combine the two in cake form. What a lovely, creative idea! I tried it and loved it – my husband made me promise I would make it again soon, and I can’t let him down, can I? I think this is going to be on our dessert menu again next week…
If you decide to make this dessert more than once a week don’t feel guilty…just get yourself to the gym! LOL Seriously, though, this dessert is really good and it’s very hard to shy away from!
