Let Me Tell You Right Now, This Is The ONLY Lunch Salad Recipe You’ll Ever Need

Are you bored of your regular lunch salad recipe? The same one you’ve brought to work every other day for the last year? I know the feeling. But there’s no need to worry, because I’ve also found the solution!

This chicken salad is super versatile and really quite easy to prepare. I used the Greek yogurt and some low-fat croissants for mine only because I am trying to eat healthier, but I bet this recipe would be crazy good with some of my homemade mayo.

Also, I am not a huge celery fan, so I used pickled okra in mine to replace the celery. It was really good – or if you like celery keep this as is! This is a great pre-made lunch to take to work because you can make large batches and it keeps well. You can change the flavors so that you won’t get bored – and you’ll save a bunch of money when you don’t have to go out for lunch!

Potstickers are a favorite Asian appetizer for adults and kids alike. These sesame chicken ones have an amazingly authentic umami flavor that comes from the shiitake mushrooms. If you’re not familiar with umami, I can’t really explain it. You’ll just have to make these to find out – I promise you it’s tasty!

My family and my children in particular absolutely loved these. I thought they might not enjoy them because of the authentic and sort of adult flavors of the sesame and the shiitake mushrooms. These potstickers aren’t your ordinary freezer isle bag variety that my kids are used to… Well, they noticed the difference but in a good way. Apparently I’ll have to make these every week from now on! Try these for your next Asian dinner night you will not be disappointed.

These Garlic Parmesan Cheesy Bombs Are All You Need. Ever.

My weakness for cheesy bread is well known around my circles. I have tried all types from pizza monkey bread to pan de queso, which is a hispanic style cheesy bread. It has gotten to a point where my friends text me whenever they find a place with an extraordinary, cheesy bread treat. And of course I always have to go and check it out!

This garlic parmesan cheesy bomb recipe actually surprised me. It’s super easy because you use the canned biscuits, but that’s why I had my doubts about it. Really when you see how simple the ingredient list is, you will be amazed at how refined these cheesy bread bombs are when finished. These are sure to be a hit with your family or at your next dinner party.
